Due to the nature of our items being personalisable and printed to order, non of our items are returnable unless damaged. If your item has been damaged in transit, please ensure you take a photo of the packaging and item and we will endeavour to rectify the issue. You can send your photos, order number and any helpful information via our contact form.

Our items are made to order, and dispatched within 3 business days.

All of our items will be delivered via Royal Mail, Tracked 48. This is a not a guaranteed 48 hour service, but it is tracked.

You can choose to upgrade to Tracked 24, which is a 24 hour (week days only) service.

If you are local to Market Drayton, you are welcome to pick up your item once it has been made. Please message to arrange a suitable time and date.
